Thermoplastic fiber

Centered around thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastic fiber, this innovation achieves 100% closed-loop regeneration through a "Collection-Regeneration-Recycling" system. Discarded TPU products are first cleaned, crushed, and remelted into TPU pellets. These pellets then undergo chemical depolymerization and physical restructuring technologies to produce high-quality regenerated fibers with performance comparable to virgin materials, all while maintaining a low-carbon and high-efficiency process.
